Doodles & Hues is thrilled to host our FIRST-EVER Doodle Bunch Crafter Retreat! Whether you've been part of our Doodle Bunch family for years or you're just discovering the joy of creating, this retreat is all about bringing creative friends together, making memories, and having FUN!
We're keeping this event small and personal, with ONLY 25 SPOTS AVAILABLE, so everyone can enjoy a relaxed, welcoming, and hands-on experience.

What is Included in Retreat
All Project Supplies
All crafting supplies needed to complete every project during the two-day retreat are included.
Light Breakfast
A light breakfast featuring an assortment of pastries, fresh fruit, and juices will be provided each morning of the retreat.
Lunch
A delicious boxed lunch will be provided each day of the retreat.

Deborah would LOVE to show off her beautiful home state of Colorado! She's currently exploring some fun and memorable excursion options for those who want to arrive a day early and enjoy a little Colorado adventure before the crafting begins.
And here's the fun part — YOU get to help decide where we go! 🎉
Deborah will put together a list of excursion options and let registered retreat attendees vote for their favorite. Majority rules! The excursion receiving the most votes will be our destination for the day.
📅 Our goal is to announce the winning excursion by mid-January 2027, giving everyone plenty of time to plan.
💕 Spouses and family members are welcome to join the adventure!
Please Note: This excursion is completely optional and will have an additional cost, which will be announced once the destination and activities are finalized.

Who Can Attend & What to Expect
Who can attend? Do I need crafting experience?
Everyone is welcome! Whether you're a longtime Doodle Bunch member or brand-new to Doodles & Hues, no experience is necessary. Deborah will guide you step-by-step through each project.
How many spaces are available?
To keep our retreat personal and welcoming, registration is limited to just 25 attendees. Once spaces are filled, registration closes!
What projects will we create? Do I need supplies?
We'll enjoy a variety of canvas painting and Whimsical Wood Kit projects. All supplies are included! Project sneak peeks will be shared as the retreat approaches, with a few fun surprises along the way.
Can I take my creations home?
Absolutely! All completed projects are yours to keep. Traveling light? Shipping will be available at the end of the retreat for an additional fee.
Will there be time to socialize?
Of course! This retreat is just as much about friendships as it is about crafting. Expect plenty of laughter, creative inspiration, and time to connect with fellow Doodle Bunch members.
Travel & Accommodations
Are lodging and transportation included?
No. Attendees are responsible for their accommodations, transportation, and meals outside those included in the retreat.
Which airport should I fly into?
Denver International Airport (DEN) serves the Denver/Aurora area. Attendees will arrange their own transportation to and from the airport, hotel, and retreat venue.
Is parking available?
Yes! The Lowry Conference Center offers FREE parking for retreat attendees.
Optional Thursday Colorado Excursion
Is the Thursday excursion included?
The June 10 excursion is optional and available for an additional fee. Details and pricing will be announced once the destination is selected.
Can I bring my spouse, family, or friends?
Absolutely! Guests are welcome to join the excursion, subject to availability and additional costs. They do not need to register for the crafting retreat.
Meals & Comfort
What about dietary restrictions?
Please notify Deborah of any food allergies or dietary needs before the retreat. We'll do our best to coordinate with our food provider, although accommodations cannot be guaranteed.
What should I wear?
Comfort is key! Wear casual clothing, comfortable shoes, and something you won't mind getting a little paint on.

What is the cancellation/refund policy?
Cancellation and refund details will be outlined in the registration terms. Please review them before purchasing your retreat space.
Will there be a private Facebook group?
Yes! Registered attendees will have access to an exclusive Facebook group for updates, project sneak peeks, excursion planning, and connecting before the retreat.
